How UV DTF Stickers Are Made and Applied

• Printing: 

  Artwork is printed onto a specialized film using UV-curable inks. A UV light instantly cures (dries) the ink as it is printed, preventing smudging and ensuring sharp detail and vibrant colors. 

• Lamination: 

  A protective adhesive laminate is applied to the printed film. 

• Application: 

  The backing film is peeled off, and the design is transferred to the desired surface. 

• Finishing: 

  The top carrier film is peeled off, leaving the design securely in place on the hard surface
