Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 7 day return or exchange policy. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it, with the original tags attached. Additionally, the item must not have any stains, odors (such as smoke or perfume), or signs of wear. Please ensure you have your original receipt when returning or exchanging an item.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within [insert days] days of receiving your returned item. You'll receive the refund in the original form of payment.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? No worries! You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Contact us at 502-296-1231 with your order number to request a cancellation. Any cancellations made after 48 hours may be subject to a 20% restock fee. Please note that any "Rush" orders are unable to be cancelled.

Shipping

We do offer shipping for those who are unable to pick up in store. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 weeks. Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location and selected shipping method.

 

Order Pickup 

For all orders, we offer in-store pick up. We are located at 1411 Market St, Charlestown, IN 47111. Our store hours are Monday-Friday from 11am-7pm, and Saturday from 9am-3pm.
