Welcome to The Shirt Lady! We're thrilled to have you here. Below are some guidelines to ensure you have a fantastic shopping experience with us:

 

 

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. There may be some exceptions AT OUR DISCRETION of specific apparel that may warrant an exchange. Custom orders ARE NOT returnable or exchangeable under any circumstance. ​

Refunds

If for some reason a refund is made for a discretionary exchange, the refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving your exchanged item. You'll receive the refund in the original form of payment.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? No worries! You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Contact us at 502-296-1231 with your order number to request a cancellation. Any cancellations made after 48 hours may be subject to a 20% restock fee. Please note that any "Rush" orders are unable to be cancelled.

Shipping

We do offer shipping for those who are unable to pick up in store. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 weeks. Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location and selected shipping method.

 

Order Pickup 

For all orders, we offer in-store pick up. We are located at 1411 Market St, Charlestown, IN 47111. Our store hours are Monday-Friday from 11am-7pm, and Saturday from 9am-3pm.
